Role: Sr Principal Application Engineering (AE) - a blend of pre-sales, post-sales, and design convergence in the netlist-GDS product space focusing on digital implementation and signoff.
Responsibilities: Work side-by-side with leading-edge customers to deploy Cadence’s technologies in Synthesis, P&R, and Signoff to meet/exceed PPA targets, achieve faster design closure, and turn design concepts into reality. Collaborate with Cadence R&D to drive customer requirements and influence product development. Focus on RTL-to-GDS digital implementation platform and signoff products (Genus, Joules, Innovus, Tempus, Quantus, Liberate) and AI products (Cerebrus AI Studio, Cerebrus, CoPilot).
Compensation: The annual salary range for California is $143,500 to $266,500, with potential incentive compensation including bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary varies based on qualifications, skills, and location. Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, 401(k), stock purchase plan, medical/dental/vision insurance, and more.
