Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Chelmsford, MA seeks a Senior Principal Analog Design Engineer to lead the design of highly-integrated microwave and millimeter-wave analog blocks.

You will write product proposals, participate in customer discussions, and drive all stages from system specs to productization while mentoring a team of engineers. A deep CMOS analog background and 10+ years experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Expertise in analog building blocks including bandgaps, differential amplifiers, op-amps, LDOs and bias circuits.
• Experience with analog/mixed-signal blocks such as temperature sensors, power detectors, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, clock generators and process monitors.
• Full understanding of impact of advanced CMOS process effects on analog circuits.
• MSEE with 12 years overall experience or Ph.D. with minimum of 10 years overall experience.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$135,900 -$295,000 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
