Northrop Grumman is seeking a Chief Product Owner to lead multiple software feature teams in a Ground System product line. You will align product roadmaps with customer priorities, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure acceptance criteria are well-defined and testable.

The role requires active DoD SCI clearance, strong leadership, and expertise in Agile frameworks to drive capabilities from epics to features across the program lifecycle.

Formación

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with below years of experience in systems engineering, software engineering, business leadership, or product development.
• 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's in Science; 6 years with a Master's; 4 years with a PhD.
• Ability to translate high-level goals into roadmaps, integrated roadmaps, and Gantt charts.
• Mastery of Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale)
• Experience with Atlassian tool suite, especially JIRA
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills

They guide and collaborate with multiple Feature Team Product Owners to define the work so that the integrated team can collectively manage priorities, cross-team dependencies, and blockers to deliver capabilities within a defined period.The Chief Product Owner’s duties include the following:Owns and Maintains the Integrated Capability Roadmap:Work with Project Leads to prioritize Features and CapabilitiesWork with the Chief Engineer to ensure Capability and Technical Roadmaps alignmentEnsure priorities are aligned with the Customer’s needs and Program strategyEngage in communication with Project Leads to ensure customer satisfaction and prioritiesWork with Feature Team POs, Architects, and Project Leads to break down Capabilities into Features that teams can executeWork with SEIT, POs, Architects, and Project Leads to ensure completeness of Features and CapabilitiesAccountable to ensure Features contain stories to perform all work required for Definition of DoneAccountable to ensure Acceptance Criteria defined by the Project Leads are adequately defined, understood, and testableWork directly with the POs to ensure compliance with the roadmap and the roadmap is effectively communicated to the POsAccountable for ensuring consistency and compliance of all the work POs are doing (Feature/Story/AC definition, Feature Acceptance, etc.)Present contents going into the Joint Release at the Gate Review to provide the context and purpose of each JR item. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
