Opportunity

Be part of our growing Fintech Foundation team, responsible for optimizing pricing for ancillary products, balancing customer demand with financial risks. Support product teams in delivering new fintech products faster, respond to market changes, run continuous testing, and manage our pricing models across partners.

Responsibilities

  1. Track product performance and analyze trends; investigate unexpected behaviors.
  2. Support ad hoc analytics and data requests from product teams.
  3. Create dashboards for product performance and A/B experiment monitoring.
  4. Enhance data platform usage through quality improvements, documentation, and promoting self-service.

Ideal Candidate

  • Curious with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in SQL, Google Sheets/Excel, pivot tables, and reporting tools like Looker or Tableau.
  • Understanding of financial metrics and business impact.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.
