Watts is seeking a Pricing Analyst to lead data-driven pricing and reporting for a large product portfolio at its North Andover, MA office. You will build and optimize reporting from MRP data to reveal trends, communicate insights, and drive pricing actions.
Collaboration across functions is essential to forecast, price, and incentivize performance. The role requires 5+ years of pricing experience, ERP proficiency (QAD/SAP), and strong data management with Excel and PowerBI.

This position is responsible for analysis and sales and pricing of a large portfolio of products. Key activities are to develop consistent and reliable reporting structures from data from the MRP system to understand and communicate trends, metrics, and indices needed to drive better planning, pricing, and sales activities. A key part of this role is to proactively review the reports to identify trends that are inconsistent with existing plans so that appropriate action can be taken. This would include price changes, forecasting changes, and agent and customer level incentives/corrective actions. Another key part of this position is to help develop industry comparable from available external data sources to track sales trends of key product lines against external metrics. These would include residential and commercial construction data, public competitive information. The position requires organization, synthesis of available data into actionable information. Accuracy, consistency, and ability to recognize "out of the ordinary" information important. Ability to interact across organizational boundaries, and communicate efficiently and effectively via oral, written, and e-mail forms important. Timeliness and making realistic business assumptions important. This position reports to the Senior Pricing Manager. This role is onsite hybrid.
While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover, MA location three days per week (Monday - Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).
The expected salary range for this position is $89,000-97,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
