Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Pricing Analyst (Finance) who will develop pricing strategies to optimize profitability and identify pricing opportunities. You will report to the Sr Pricing Manager and work from the Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid schedule.

The role aims to maximize revenue and profitability through pricing initiatives and negotiations. Responsibilities include preparing RFQs for government and non-government customers, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2.5 years of directly related experience in a pricing, finance, accounting, or business analysis role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write, read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business case development, competitive assessment, risk mitigation, and negotiation strategy for customer proposals.
• Drive top and bottom-line growth through sound business and financial analysis balancing Honeywell profitability and customer value.
• Provide negotiation support to customer business teams.
• Provide pricing recommendations for transactional spares and repairs as needed.
• Develop positive working relationships with other functions supporting the business.
• Drive organizational excellence through continuous improvement using tools and training.
• Prepare FAR12 & FAR15 transactional RFQs for prime contractors and US Government agencies; prepare proposals for non-US Government customers.
• Support DCAA/DCMA and prime contractors with audit and fact-find requests.
• Support pricing initiatives for domestic/international military customers.
• Ensure consistency with pricing growth margin guidelines for D&S aftermarket customers.

Sr Pricing Analyst (Finance)

As a Sr Pricing Analyst here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability, and you will identify pricing opportunities.

You will report directly to our Sr Pricing Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by maximizing revenue generation and improving profitability through effective pricing strategies and initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contributing to the development of the business case, competitive assessment, risk mitigation and negotiation strategy in support of customer business proposals
• Driving top line and bottom-line growth through the preparation of sound business and financial analysis that is properly balanced between the optimization of Honeywell profitability and the creation of customer value.
• Provide negotiation support to our customer business teams.
• Provide pricing recommendations for transactional spares and repairs as needed.
• Developing positive working relationships with the other functions supporting the business.
• Driving organizational excellence (productivity, margin expansion, consistent methodologies and skill development) through the implementation of continuous improvements utilizing tools and training.
• Preparing FAR12 & FAR15 Transactional RFQ's for prime contractors and US Government agencies and preparing proposals for non-US Government customers
• Supporting DCAA/DCMA and prime contractors with audit and fact-find requests.
• Support pricing initiatives for domestic/international military customers.
• Ensure consistency with pricing growth margin guidelines for D&S aftermarket customers.

Travel, up to 15%, may be expected.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 2.5 years of directly related experience in a pricing, finance, accounting, or business analysis role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to write, read and speak English
