About The Role

We’re looking for a dependable Senior Prep Cook to join our kitchen team! This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about food, can lead by example, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll help prepare and execute dishes to our quality standards, support kitchen operations, and set the tone for a smooth, efficient service.

Schedule

  • Early Morning to Mid-Afternoon shifts (between 3:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
  • Must be available weekends and some holidays
  • 20 – 29 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Help with prep work and organization for events and daily service
  • Lead team in maintaining high food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Ensure kitchen meets health code and company guidelines
  • Work with team to deliver consistent, timely service
  • Train and guide kitchen staff as needed
  • 3+ years of restaurant or kitchen experience required
  • Experience with line cooking, scratch cooking, or prep
  • Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen sanitation
  • Able to work under pressure in a hot, fast-paced kitchen
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Positive, team-first attitude with great attention to detail
