Job Title: Senior Premium Auditor
Location: Warren, New Jersey
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Premium Auditor to conduct physical audits on Workers Compensation and General Liability policies for large, multi-state, multi-location risks with premiums averaging $100k+. The selected candidate will primarily perform audits in North New Jersey and Northeast Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of field scheduling and inventory management for audits.
Resolve audit questions and disputes while assisting with business development.
Build productive and professional relationships with producers and commercial underwriters.
Measure performance based on field productivity, audit quality, and adherence to timelines.
Ensure compliance with established audit guidelines and collaborate with audit staff, underwriting, and other Chubb business units.
Work remotely while completing physical audits for insureds in North New Jersey and NE Pennsylvania.
Occasionally assist other auditors in different territories, which may require travel to other states.
Minimum Qualifications:
3-5 years of Premium Audit experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver concise and engaging presentations.
Highly organized with superior time management skills, capable of managing assignments with minimal oversight.
Confident in consultative resolution skills.
General business knowledge and understanding of insurance products to provide value-added service.
Ability to learn and articulate Chubb's underwriting philosophy and practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.
Four-year college degree or relevant business experience in the Premium Audit function.
APA or CPCU designation preferred.
Experience with Visual Audit is a plus.

The pay range for the role is $81,100 to $137,800. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
