DPR Construction in North Carolina seeks a skilled SPW Estimator to support preconstruction efforts across multiple scopes. Supports self perform preconstruction efforts by independently performing analysis through detailed quantity development, production evaluation, cost studies, and constructability assessment across multiple SPW scopes. Leads portions of the SPW preconstruction process by reviewing design documents, validating production rates, analyzing system and method alternatives, and contributing recommendations that align scope with cost, schedule, and execution strategy. Coordinates with field leaders, trade partners, and project teams to evaluate feasibility and risk. Provides guidance to team members while applying expanding SPW technical expertise to strengthen preconstruction outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
4-6 years of experience in SPW estimating, production planning, construction engineering, or a related field required.
