The Senior Power Platform Developer will serve as a technical leader on a federal client project, driving the design, development, and implementation of scalable enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires advanced expertise in Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate, combined with the ability to establish technical standards and oversee development quality. You will lead technical delivery, promote secure development practices, and ensure solutions meet complex business and compliance requirements. Working closely with project leadership, business stakeholders, and development teams, you will translate technical requirements into reliable and scalable applications. The position also offers an opportunity to mentor developers and influence architecture, deployment strategies, and DevSecOps practices. This is a three-month contract opportunity within a collaborative, agile, and security-focused federal project environment.
- Act as the technical lead for Microsoft Power Platform development, providing architectural guidance, technical oversight, and development leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Architect, design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade model-driven Power Apps solutions, leveraging Microsoft Dataverse to deliver scalable and efficient business applications.
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize advanced workflows and business process automations using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Establish and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and technical best practices to ensure consistency, maintainability, and solution quality.
- Lead code reviews and implement DevSecOps practices to strengthen application security, development efficiency, and deployment reliability.
- Define and manage source control strategies, including branching, version management, and release processes.

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Additional certifications are preferred, including Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900 or higher), Power Platform App Maker Associate, and Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
- Must hold an active Public Trust Clearance.
- Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
- Employment visa sponsorship, including H-1B, OPT, CPT, or other work visas, is not available now or in the future.
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $50 to $70, depending on experience and qualifications.
