Job summary

Artifintech in Monrovia, CA seeks a Senior BI Developer to own end-to-end Power BI design, data modeling, and governance. You will collaborate with data engineers on ETL/ELT pipelines and lead a team of developers to deliver scalable BI solutions.

You will translate business needs into technical specs, optimize performance, and drive adoption of new Power BI and Fabric features while engaging stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in BI/data analytics, with 5+ years focused on Power BI development
• Expert-level DAX and Power Query (M) skills
• Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
• Experience administering Power BI Service
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of developers
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting to non-technical audiences
