Emerson Health in Concord, MA is seeking a Sr. Phlebotomist to join our dedicated laboratory team.

You will perform venipuncture on patients of all ages, accurately label and process specimens, and enter orders into the LIS with high attention to safety and confidentiality. Requirements include a high school diploma (preferred), at least 3 years of phlebotomy experience, and phlebotomy certification preferred.

• Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
• Collaborate effectively with clinical and laboratory teams
• Adapt to changing priorities and support coverage at multiple locations as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years of phlebotomy experience required

Licensure and/or Certification

• Phlebotomy certification preferred
