Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting leadership by delivering projects related to Medical Drug strategy development, planning and implementation to help drive growth, improve the affordability of our products and services, and react to shifting competitive trends and external forces in the Medical Drug space. The medical drug management team is focused on initiative/program development and implementation, liaison to network teams for facility contracting efforts for medical drug, liaison to national account sales team for assistance with medical drug value story, and performance management of medical drug programs. Candidates should have experience and be comfortable executing on strategy, performing discovery work, building business case, expertise in analyzing various data sources (competitive intelligence, internal financials, secondary research, etc.) synthesizing data in a clear and actionable way, development of key performance indicators and performance metrics and partnering and coordinating with stakeholders to identify, solution and implement projects.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelordegree /Master’s Degree/ MBA and5years of general industry experience or2years consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm
• Strategy Development/Planning/Implementation: Knowledge of corporate strategy and/or transformation core skill sets; experience formulating, planning, and/or implementing strategy and transformative efforts.
• Analysis/Synthesis/Insight Generation: Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, provide insights and implications, inform decision making, and make recommendations/prioritize new opportunities to pursue.
• Critical Thinking/Problem Solving: Ability to proactivelyidentifyand resolve complex problems with some oversight.
• Project Management: Experience managing complex projects with some oversight.
• Collaboration and Interpersonal Effectiveness: Ability to build strong connections with people and teams, drive results by working across the matrixed environment, and work directly withleadership with someoversight.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively through verbal,writtenand visual channels.
• Ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Advanceddegreesuch as MBA, MHA, MD, JD, or PhD.
• Experience in the healthcare industry,especiallyinthe pharmacy value chain.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$92,700.00 - $167,500.00
