Sr PGD Engineer - Operations Support (Flare/VAM projects)

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
  • Secure resources and manage budgets, risks, and changes using formal processes and tools.
  • Lead project meetings, track progress, and monitor KPIs.
  • Identify issues, measure results, and implement solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on complex issues to internal and external clients.
  • Create and present reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct external research and stay updated on new developments.
  • Review and sign project documentation as an operator representative.
  • Ensure accuracy of verification documentation meeting schedules.
  • Provide coaching and leadership to project teams.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Travel approximately 30% of the time.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience as a technical project manager or operations support engineer on small to medium projects.
  • Strong engineering background, preferably in energy or chemical processes; experience with Coal Mine Methane treatment is a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across project phases.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of business principles including budgeting and resource management.
  • Familiarity with power and gas industry standards and equipment.
  • Experience managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
  • Knowledge of Compliance Offset Protocols.
