Role Overview

Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed sales plans for new policies, premium growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Develop and execute agency and territory sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Follow a disciplined sales process, maintaining focus on flow management and market opportunities.
  • Allocate time effectively: 60% on agency engagement, 25% on territory oversight, 15% on team development.
Territory & Agency Management
  • Identify and prioritize agency prospects to meet market opportunities and sales goals.
  • Leverage industry trends, regulations, and competitor insights to position agencies for growth.
  • Build strategic relationships with new and existing agents, focusing on value-driven sales approaches.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 3+ years relevant experience.
  • Field sales/territory management experience; personal insurance background preferred.
  • Proven sales performance, negotiation skills, and relationship management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and technological skills (e.g., Salesforce, MS Office).
  • Ability to travel as needed.
Benefits & Compensation
  • Competitive salary: $82,400 - $123,600 annually.
