Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking an experienced Performance Testing Lead for healthcare applications. You will design and execute load, stress, and endurance tests, analyze metrics, and drive optimization across the tech stack including databases and cloud infrastructure.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams, and establish SLAs and benchmarks to ensure scalable, reliable healthcare solutions. Strong CI/CD integration is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance testing and engineering.
• Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies for healthcare apps.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Devs, and Product Owners early in SDLC.
• Root cause analysis and performance tuning across layers.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
• Hands-on CI/CD integration for performance tests.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance testing scenarios (load, stress, endurance, spike testing).
• Analyze performance metrics and propose scalability improvements.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts with LoadRunner/JMeter/NeoLoad.
• Monitor system behavior with Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Splunk/New Relic.
• Lead tuning of apps, DBs, APIs, and cloud infra (AWS/Azure).
• Establish SLAs and performance benchmarks for healthcare apps.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
• Drive shift-left performance testing in CI/CD pipelines.

7+ years in Performance testing

• Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies (load, stress, endurance, spike testing) for healthcare applications.
• Analyze system performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve application scalability, stability, and responsiveness.

• Expertise in performance testing tools such as:

• Strong knowledge of protocols: HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, SOAP,Trueclient
• Experience with monitoring and profiling tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, PerfMon, ).
• Solid understanding of database performance tuning (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms ( Azure).
