GlobalSource IT has a Direct Client need for a Sr. PeopleSoft HR/HCM Consultant with specific experience implementing and configuring the Person of Interest (POI) module. Our client is looking to implement POI and needs a SME level candidate to help assess, document, test, train, and configure this module to the business requirements is key. Anyone with recent experience and full configuration of POI is highly preferred. This is a remote opportunity and is set to run for the rest of 2025 but can be extended based on initial/ongoing assessments of the project.

• Must have over 10 years of PeopleSoft Techno-Functional experience within HR, HCM, or HRMS modules
• Strong experience working with and configuring the Person of Interest (POI) module is a required
• Ability to work with various levels of business teams and technical teams as well as train users is also required
• Any ability to travel for important milestones is preferred but not required
