Job summary

Rezult Group is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Developer to join our team for an immediate full-time role. The position is remote for candidates within commuting distance of Birmingham, AL, with periodic onsite visits.

You will design, build, and enhance custom development within an established ERP platform, supporting Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and related modules. Strong PeopleTools/PeopleCode skills and extensive SQL Server experience are required.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
• Strong command of PeopleTools and PeopleCode.
• Proficiency with Application Designer, Application Engine, and SQL.
• Solid SQL Server skills.
• Experience across multiple PeopleSoft modules (finance, supply chain, HR).
• Ability to work independently from day one with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance custom development within an established ERP platform with minimal customization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly to keep business operations running.
• Support finance, supply chain, asset, and HR modules across the system.
• Partner with functional analysts and users to clear a growing backlog of enhancements.
• Participate in project planning and technical discussions as a senior contributor.
• Collaborate with a tenured team of technical and functional professionals.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance custom development within an established enterprise ERP platform, keeping customization to a minimum
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly to keep business operations running
• Support a broad range of financial, supply chain, asset, and HR modules, not a single functional area
• Partner with functional analysts and business users to clear a growing backlog of enhancements
• Participate in project planning and technical discussions as a senior contributor
• Work closely with a tenured, collaborative team of technical and functional professionals

Position Requirements
