What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as a trusted advisor for complex employee questions about policies, benefits, and payroll
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of HR systems and develop reporting dashboards for key metrics
- Partner with managers to support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Participate in team events and culture-building activities
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Deep commitment to the organization’s mission and values
- 5+ years of experience in a senior role on a high-performing people operations or HR team
- 5+ years of experience advising managers and navigating complex employee relations
- 3+ years of experience in operational HR tasks including payroll processing and employee onboarding
- Exposure to DEIAB-focused HR initiatives and experience managing equity-based programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with HR platforms such as Sequoia One OS, Lattice, and Lever
- Experience recruiting for a B2B SaaS organization
- Experience in healthcare technology
