The Campbell's Company in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Human Resources Generalist/HRBP to partner with plant leadership. You will lead employee relations, talent management, reporting, and program management to advance people processes and organizational effectiveness.

This salaried role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in manufacturing HR, with travel to Indianapolis about 25% and the opportunity to influence culture with Campbell’s Cares, ERGs, and total rewards.

How you will make history here…

This position reports to the Human Resources Senior Manager and provides Human Resource Business Partner generalist support in our facility located in Charlotte, NC. Incumbents will implement key programs and initiatives in support of our organization's goals and strategies. This hands-on role will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our teams in the areas of employee relations, talent management, culture, change management, organizational effectiveness, capability development and leading to the successful implementation of core people processes for our teams. This role will also be responsible to run and manage talent reports and analytics to ensure we are compliant with the execution of key processes and identify opportunities for improvement in accelerating our talent and culture agenda for Campbell's.

What you will do…

Employee Relations: Respond to and manage employee relations issues; coach employees and managers on performance management and execution of performance improvement plans; build and foster an environment of trust.

Talent Management: Create direction and partner with management to design and implement talent management plans that address organizational needs (succession planning, leadership & team development, etc.).

Reporting & Analytics: Develop, manage, and leverage key talent related reports to communicate progress on completion of key people processes, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities areas to drive organizational effectiveness.

HR Program Management: Ensure successful administration and implementation of key HR programs to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization while fostering employee engagement.

Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness: Implement management plans for the successful implementation of key organizational initiatives. Assist in the facilitation of organizational design and implement design solutions.

Who you will work with…

You will report to the Sr Manager HRBP and provide human resource generalist support to the Distribution Center Managers and teams.

What you will bring to the table… (Must Have)

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of Human Resources generalist experience in a manufacturing plant or warehouse environment
• Strong employee relations skills

It would be nice if you have... (Nice to Have)

• HR experience supporting talent management, change management and culture.
• Evidence of personal initiative to drive toward results is critical.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency, ability to take initiative, and can work independently.
• Strong facilitation, project management and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to understand, run and analyze data and reports.

This position will be supporting the Charlotte and Indianapolis plant so travel will be required 1 week a month to Indianapolis (25% travel required )

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$81,700-$112,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
