The Cardiac Rhythm Management R&D PMO is looking for a Sr. Product Development Project Management Specialist to join our team. In this role you’ll be key supporting person to the Product Development Manager (PDM) role in advancing innovative implantable cardiac devices, pacing/defibrillation leads, and support instruments. You’ll be a critical partner to the Program Development Manager (PDM) and Core Team Leader, providing detailed planning and tracking execution for large-scale, complex development programs. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across multiple global Medtronic sites and work cross-functionally with teams in design, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, operations, and quality.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $112,000.00 - $168,000.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
