About the opportunity

As a Senior Payroll Tax Analyst, you will take on a leadership role within your team, handling escalations, delivering presentations, and driving innovative solutions. You will also lead a pod of Payroll Tax Analysts, ensuring team efficiency and productivity. • Customer Escalations: Take the lead on customer calls to mitigate escalations, providing top-tier leadership and expertise.
  • Best Practice Presentations: Deliver best practice and customer-specific presentations to clients and internal teams, demonstrating advanced knowledge and leadership. Ensure proactive communication within the team.
  • Proactive Communication: Respond promptly to the team and customers, even when not readily available, and call-in other leaders to assist when necessary.

  • Knowledge Sharing: Actively share knowledge and expertise with seniors and the team to ensure we scale effectively.
  • Customer Assignments: The principal payroll tax analyst may have their own customers and will be responsible for the key responsibilities listed under the payroll tax analyst role.
  • Leadership Projects: Help leadership with projects that are paramount to leading the team forward by showing initiation and completing the project.
