Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Patient Services Manager to support the Food & Nutrition Department at Broward Health Coral Springs in Coral Springs, FL. This role is responsible for developing and executing patient dining solutions that meet patient needs, preferences, and nutritional requirements. The Patient Services Manager will apply technical knowledge and healthcare nutrition standards to support menu implementation, service quality, regulatory compliance, and the overall patient dining experience.

Schedule

This position will work a rotating schedule between approximately 6:00 a.m.?2:30 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.?7:30 p.m. Flexibility to work some evenings is required, along with rotating weekends and holidays.

Compensation

The Salaried rate for this position is $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

• Create value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.
• Comply with the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives.
• Ensure entire team is trained and able to execute.
• Supervise team regarding production, quality, and control.

Compliance

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.
• Comply with all applicable policies, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, and wage and hour.
