Your Impact: The Sr. Partnerships Manager leads the sourcing and development of strategic relationships for Lowe's Innovation Labs and Lowe’s more broadly with a variety of partners, ranging from early-stage startups to global technology companies to retail industry peers and more, in order to generate actionable innovation concepts and shareable market insights. This role is responsible for generating and owning end-to-end ecosystem-driven projects and managing relationships throughout the enterprise to deliver project and program results. Additionally, this role translates complex technical capabilities into opportunities that can drive commercial or strategic value for the company, while operationalizing effective partnership processes.

What You Will Do:

• Responsible for end-to-end sourcing and development of technology partners aligned with Lowe's Innovation Labs’ focus areas and strategic priorities.
• Identify, develop, and promote partner-driven programs and project opportunities to drive value for the company.
• Create and deliver executive-level briefings and presentations on emerging technology spaces to identify potential partnerships.
• Develop memos and research supporting investments in strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Labs product managers, technologists, and stakeholders to develop partnership strategies and workflows.
• Facilitate proof-of-concept creation in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Manage partner canvases and market intelligence outputs produced by the ecosystem team.
• Engage with emerging technology communities, venture capital funds, conferences, and events to develop the Labs’ early-stage opportunity pipeline.
• Lead negotiations with partners and manage relationships with legal teams.
• Maintain platforms that enhance visibility into the partner network and opportunity pipeline.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8 years of business experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills/Education:

• Public speaking experience.
• Experience in startup, accelerator, or corporate venture environments.
• Experience in building technology products.
