We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Director of Global Brand and Motorsport Partnerships, the Senior Partnership & Events Manager will be the driving force behind the execution and innovation of CrowdStrike’s motorsport strategy, with a core focus on high-touch, event-led activations. This senior-level role is responsible for overseeing an expansive global events calendar that includes F1 races, endurance racing, VIP client engagements, and unique brand-led experiences. You will work closely with agency partners, motorsport rights holders, and internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and the executive team to deliver flawlessly executed events that drive brand and business impact.

What You'll Do:

  1. Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of CrowdStrike’s global motorsport event strategy with a strong emphasis on high-touch, premium hospitality programs designed for senior executives, high-value clients, and VIP guests.
  2. Support a robust international events calendar including exclusive, high-profile experiences at the Las Vegas Grand Prix, and other flagship motorsport moments.
  3. Design and deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect CrowdStrike’s world-class brand—from personalized pre-event communication through to onsite concierge-level service and post-event follow-up.
  4. Manage and execute elite-level hospitality, including paddock club experiences, private suite activations, trackside engagements, and curated itinerary development for C-suite attendees.
  5. Ensure flawless operational delivery by working in lockstep with top-tier agency partners, premium vendors, venue stakeholders, and internal teams.
  6. Bring a laser-sharp focus to the details that define luxury guest experiences—seating, flow, catering, gifting, ambiance, and white-glove service protocols.

Partnership Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners and motorsport rights holders, including Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team.
  2. Build and nurture relationships with global sponsorship stakeholders, governing bodies, and internal departments.
  3. Leverage sponsorship assets, entitlements, and rights efficiently across marketing programs.
  4. Ensure compliance and governance in collaboration with legal and finance teams.

Marketing Integration & Content Activation:

  1. Develop integrated co-marketing initiatives with enterprise clients that align with sales acceleration and strategic goals.
  2. Oversee creative development, content capture, and real-time storytelling for digital and social amplification.
  3. Represent CrowdStrike externally with strong executive presence and compelling communication.

Leadership & Strategic Impact:

  1. Provide inspirational leadership with a compelling vision for motorsport sponsorships that engages internal teams, clients, rights holders, and media.
  2. Apply strategic thinking and results-oriented problem-solving to navigate complex, high-stakes environments.
  3. Drive measurement frameworks and analytics for post-event reporting, demonstrating business impact and ROI.

What You'll Need:

  1. 10+ years of experience in event-led sponsorship marketing, preferably in motorsport, tech, or luxury sectors.
  2. Expertise in executing large-scale global events; Formula 1 experience highly preferred.
  3. Adept at managing multiple global initiatives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  4. Comfortable with significant global travel (30% - 40%), including nights and weekends.

Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:

  • Remote-friendly and flexible work culture
  • Market leader in compensation and equity awards
  • Comprehensive physical and mental wellness programs
  • Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge
  • Paid parental and adoption leaves
  • Professional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or role
  • Employee Resource Groups, geographic neighbourhood groups and volunteer opportunities to build connections
  • Vibrant office culture with world class amenities
  • Great Place to Work Certified across the globe
