We are seeking aSenior Partner Success Manager (Sr. PSM)to lead and optimize strategic university partnerships as we scale. This role is a unique blend ofhands-on account leadershipandstrategic influence, owning the long-term success and growth of our institutional relationships across the higher education landscape. You'll be responsible for deepening engagement, driving adoption, and influencing key outcomes such asrenewals, expansions, and partner satisfaction.
This position offers a unique opportunity tohelp shape the future of collegiate mental healthcare by playing a key role in partner strategy, retention innovation, and value delivery at scale.

Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 (base + target bonus)
