Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager to join our Digital Customer Success team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary contact for our Digital Business Unit Strategic Partners, ensuring they are equipped, engaged, and empowered to succeed. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive adoption, enhance collaboration, and deliver mutual business value. This position aims to support and grow our DBU Strategic Partner relationships through proactive engagement focusing on enablement, retention, and long-term success.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and cultivate Digital Business Unit (DBU) Strategic Partner relationships by developing clear success plans post-implementation, ensuring platform adoption, and providing enablement support for partners, users, and stakeholders.
  2. Review Joint Partner Business Plans quarterly with the Iron Mountain DBU Partnership group and the Strategic Partner group.
  3. Collaborate on monthly pipeline reviews and joint initiatives to identify growth opportunities, drive revenue, and achieve shared objectives.
  4. Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for DBU Strategic Partners, managing escalations, addressing challenges, and sharing best practices.
  5. Enhance our DBU Strategic Partner offerings to impact revenue growth, retention, and customer expansion, aligning objectives with organizational goals.
  6. Utilize customer journey mapping to gain insights, optimize engagement, and inform data-driven decisions for our partner ecosystem.
  7. Conduct regular engagement sessions to review product functionality, gather feedback, showcase features, and address challenges.
  8. Manage successful engagements and activities to foster partner success.
  9. Maintain timely updates and accurate tracking in the CSP platform.
  10. Collaborate with the Partner Management team to ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and training.
Required Qualifications:
  1. 5-7 years of customer success experience, focusing on strategic partner relationships for complex service organizations.
  2. Experience managing strategic partnerships with enterprise organizations, driving joint outcomes, influencing stakeholders, and navigating organizational structures.
  3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving, adaptability, and results orientation.
  4. Professionalism and commitment to managing challenges and delivering strategic outcomes.
  5. Strong background in digital strategy and transformation solutions, including SaaS, machine learning, analytics, cloud storage, and information governance.
  6. Experience delivering SaaS training to Fortune 1000 companies in regulated industries such as Banking, Energy, Media, Legal, Life Sciences, or Government.
  7. Excellent communication, teaming, and presentation skills.
  8. Proven account management, project management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  9. Ability to proactively mitigate risks to prevent churn and dissatisfaction.
  10. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  11. Business acumen and account planning skills.
  12. Minimum four-year college degree.
Travel Requirements:

5-10% travel expected.
