TurboTenant in Denver, Colorado is seeking a strategic Performance Marketing Manager to own Google and Bing paid search across brands, driving profitable new user signups and landlord/tenant acquisitions. You will lead testing, bidding optimization, and collaborate with product to sharpen conversions.
This hybrid role requires 4+ years of B2C paid search, managing budgets above $300k monthly, and strong data storytelling. Equity, bonus, PTO, and Be Better culture are part of our package.

$115,000 - $130,000 + equity. The actual compensation offered will be based on experience.
