Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate high-speed packaging equipment on the line.
  • Start up and shut down equipment per procedures; clear jams and downtime as needed.
  • Report abnormal equipment function or product problems to supervision.
  • Maintain packaging material inventory and complete work orders with accuracy.
  • Perform quality checks and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Keep a clean and safe work area applying 5S practices and isolate product as required.
  • Ensure correct product identification, codes, and expiration dates.
  • Comply with FDA, GMP, OSHA and Abbott/Ross regulations.
