Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Inventory Specialist for its Nutrition Supply Chain in the United States. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, system functionality, and access control within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

You will collaborate with site teams, generate monthly reports, and contribute to procedures and validation processes to ensure compliance and operational integrity across multiple plant locations.

  • Provide support for inventory audits at various sites to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Main Purpose of Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure inventory accuracy across multiple systems to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Monitor and maintain the functionality of inventory systems to support operational efficiency.
  • Manage user access and ensure reliable equipment connectivity within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

This position may be based at any of the following company locations: Columbus, OH; Tipp City, OH; Sturgis, MI; Altavista, VA; or Casa Grande, AZ. Candidates must be physically located and work onsite at one of these plant or distribution center locations.

Qualification
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior job experience within the plant
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical troubleshooting skills and the ability to multitask.

The base pay for this position is $24.65 – $49.25/hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
