Position Summary:

The position collaborates across departments to improve efficiency, data consistency, and process controls, while also representing order management in digitalization projects. Additionally, this role serves as a steering function, guiding business decisions and driving performance improvements across the organization.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage core reporting tasks across the Order-to-Cash process for revenue, cash, and inventory, supporting net working capital targets for fast growing business in dynamic market environment. (80%)
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights for the business by utilizing primary Excel, Power BI and internal software solutions
  • Monitor, track and analyze relevant KPIs to ensure accurate forecasting and support target assurance
  • Develop dashboards and prepare professional presentations and reports for management to visualize performance
  • Support the Senior Manager throughout the entire reporting process and perform deputy responsibilities as needed
  • Work closely with headquarters in Germany on business unit reporting
  • Review historical data to identify trends and recurring issues, enabling proactive decision-making
  • Work cross-functional with various teams on order planning, revenue recognition, and receivables management.
  • Cooperate with other departments to enhance end-to-end data consistency and operational efficiency
  • Refine processes and controls within order execution, ensuring compliance with internal standards
  • Represent order management in "Business Excellence" initiatives to support digital transformation
  • Maintain an expert level of knowledge in the field of order execution and support global harmonization approach
  • Handle processing, invoicing, and reporting for non-standard orders (20%)
Basic Requirements:
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management and 5 years of experience in supply chain and/or distribution management; or 9 years of experience in supply chain and/or distribution management
  • Domestic or international travel (5%)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expert level MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI)
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Thrives in data-driven environments
  • Experience in order management / supply chain management is desirable
  • Experience in creating meaningful reports and presentations
  • Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and experience with Stakeholder Management
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Knowledge of SAP and Excel
  • Knowledge of reporting, data
  • Knowledge of IPAS and SAP
