Qualifications:

  • Experience designing and developing database architecture and objects in Oracle 19c.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage Oracle databases, instances, security tasks, indexing, and data integrity.
  • Proven experience supporting software applications that interact with Oracle databases.
  • Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as an Oracle database designer and developer (DDL/DML).
  • Minimum 7 years of Oracle database management experience, including installation, patching, security, data integrity, and import/export operations.

Desired:

  • Experience supporting Naval Aviation Oracle RDBMS environments.
  • Ability to lead small technical teams and manage complex tasks independently.

This role is part of a fully remote, high‑performing team and requires someone who is highly organized, self‑sufficient, and able to manage responsibilities independently. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership skills, communicates proactively, and consistently responds in a timely manner.
