Job summary

Watlow in Winona, MN is seeking a Sr. Operator to help produce high-quality thermal products. You will work under supervision on established procedures, contributing to all stages of production and guiding junior operators as needed.

This full-time role offers a 5:30am-4:00pm, Monday–Thursday schedule and a pay rate of $23.06 per hour. Watlow provides comprehensive benefits through its Total Rewards Plan, supporting health, welfare and professional growth.

About the Role

The Sr. Operator role in Winona, MN is a challenging opportunity for an individual interested in producing a high-quality product that will be used to enrich the lives of others. This role is capable of contributing to all phases of the production process using autonomy, mastery and purpose, and works under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions. The ideal candidate will be able to work individually as well as in teams guiding junior operators.

Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:30am - 4:00pm

Pay Rate: $23.06
