This role serves as a critical bridge between underwriting, actuarial, compliance, operations, product, and technology teams to ensure rating and forms changes are implemented accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. This leader will oversee the rating engine configuration and deployment processes, drive operational improvements, establish governance frameworks, and support transformational initiatives that enhance scalability, accuracy, and speed to market. This is the range we reasonably expect to pay at hire.
