Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for our AV Rider Assistance & Dispatch fleet, including performance, billing and P&L. You will lead a growing team ofops managers and drive frameworks for AV challenges, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in senior ops roles or 7+ years in similar environments, plus autonomous vehicle experience and travel around 20% of the time. BA/BS preferred.

Qualifications

• Two-plus years as Senior Operations Manager or seven-plus years as Operations Manager in high-stakes or safety-critical environments.
• Autonomous Vehicle Experience is must.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Experience managing supervisors and coaching teammates.
• 20% travel required to support market launches and field audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including performance, billing, P&L and resource forecasting for a growing fleet.
• Lead and coach a team of Operations Managers and Team Leads.
• Design and scale response frameworks for AV challenges like software edge cases and hardware failures.
• Drive KPI excellence balancing technical metrics with business metrics.
• Meet with senior management and clients to support growth.
• Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards for autonomous transportation.
• Own hiring and talent development to find top-notch analysts for a fast-paced tech environment.
• Foster a culture prioritizing safety, innovation, and rapid adaptation to tech changes.

Salary Range:

$97,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across our US locations. • Drive KPI excellence across specialized AV metrics, balancing technical Resolution Rates and Safety Benchmarks with business metrics like CSAT and AHT.
• You will meet with Senior Management and clients as needed to continue business growth.
• Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory and legal standards specific to autonomous transportation.
• We need someone who has the proven ability to scale operations, drive performance management, and foster employee retention.
• Own the hiring and talent development pipeline, identifying candidates with the "top-notch" analytical skills required to thrive in a fast-paced technology environment.
