(Sr.) Operations Manager, Philanthropic Partnerships

Position Summary

The (Sr.) Operations Manager, Philanthropic Partnerships, will lead the development operations of the Philanthropic Partnership Team, focusing on securing unrestricted and institutional funds to support IPA’s mission. Responsibilities include managing database efficiency, maintaining vendor and partner relationships, supervising donor entry, overseeing mid-level giving outreach, and stewarding a select donor portfolio.

Responsibilities
  1. Resource Management and Database Oversight: Manage CRM database accuracy, produce reports, supervise database entry.
  2. Executing Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate on fundraising strategies, manage donor relationships, support outreach campaigns.
  3. Internal and External Coordination: Coordinate with finance and program teams, prepare reports for leadership, develop communication materials, stay informed on relevant news.
  4. Provide Excellent Stewardship: Engage with DAF and wealth advisors, execute donor communications, manage vendor relationships.
Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2-5 years in philanthropy, strategic planning skills, experience with fundraising, professionalism, relationship-building, willingness to travel.

Preferred: Experience in international development NGOs, management experience, crafting donor communications, familiarity with Salesforce, collaborative mindset, attention to detail.

Compensation

Salary range for US-based employees: $77,600 - $85,000 annually, based on experience and location.
