About the Role: As a Senior Operations Manager – Engineering at CBRE, you will leverage your expertise in construction and maintenance engineering to ensure that healthcare facility maintenance and construction projects consistently meet established standards, codes, and best practices. While this role includes oversight of direct reports, its primary focus is on providing strong technical guidance and verification of complex mechanical systems and infrastructure. You will play a key role in driving the effective implementation of engineering strategies, promoting operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with safety and performance requirements across healthcare environments.
This position is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, which supports healthcare environments through reactive and preventive maintenance, system evaluations, and compliance-driven inspections to ensure safe, efficient, and high-performing facilities
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Operations Manager – Engineering position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Operations Manager - Engineering position is $140,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
