Job summary

The Senior Operations Specialist Provider Enterprise at MultiCare Health System is a pivotal role, working with executive sponsors to oversee system-wide initiatives and promote the company's culture and strategic vision.

You will lead operational initiatives and project teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while supporting development of initiatives and maintaining communication across programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant field preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred or ability to get within one year of hire.
• Minimum five years of project management and/or process improvement experience required, experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience in quality improvement and cost reduction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational initiatives and project teams.
• Accountable for the successful completion of assigned complex initiatives, meeting time and budget requirements.
• Manage ongoing MHS programs as needed.
• Responsible for the operational communication and organizational communication for assigned initiatives and programs.
• Develop project plans for assigned projects including the development of the project budget plan.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $101,545.60 - $146,140.80 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
