Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary FP&A thought partner to regional VPs, linking operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Drive financial visibility for operational transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams across Procurement, Accounting and Operations to support strategic initiatives.
• Own inventory and operations capex, develop reporting and tracking of inventory and Capex spend.
• Lead end-to-end regional financial planning and forecasting for operations, streamlining processes through automation.
• Own business case development to support Sourcing and Operations efficiency projects and present to senior leadership.
• Partner with operations teams to define and monitor KPIs, cost-saving strategies, and capital investments- ensuring ROI targets are met.
• Support the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning for North America (US and Canada).
• Own monthly/quarterly operational performance reviews for supported regions, analyze variances, and track corrective actions.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track key financial and operational metrics.
• Champion continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.
