Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel; Power BI experience preferred.

  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in channel operations and implement improvements to enhance workflow and reduce errors.
  • Structurally build from the bottom up a best in class channel program.
  • Analyze channel performance across segments, regions and products to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations to diagnose process gaps across the lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close lifecycle, recommending scalable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or a related field required.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Excel; experience with Power BI or other BI tools preferred.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex sales and revenue data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, funnel and conversion metrics, forecasting methodologies, compensation mechanics, and revenue performance drivers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment.
