Position: Sr. Operations Administrator Position Summary: The Senior Operations Administrator provides high-level administrative and operational support to the President and senior leadership team of the Medicare Advantage health plan while also contributing to the execution of key initiatives across the organization. This role combines executive-level administrative responsibilities with project management, cross-functional coordination, and healthcare industry knowledge. The Senior Operations Administrator must be able to manage multiple complex priorities, exercise sound judgment, and maintain strict confidentiality while ensuring executive time and focus are optimized. The hiring range for this position is:
