Job Description

We seek a self-motivated Black Belt or Master Black Belt to identify, inspire, and implement strategic initiatives focused on customers, employees, financials, and business processes. The successful candidate will coordinate across departments and third-party entities to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities include:

1. Ownership of initiatives and project qualification
2. Leading enterprise-level Lean and Six Sigma projects
3. Mentoring Black Belt candidates and training Green Belts
4. Reporting success metrics and sharing best practices
5. Communicating improvements effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience leading Lean/Six Sigma projects
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for at least 5 years
• Strong background in statistics
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams

Preferred Additional Skills

• PMP/PMI Certification or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
