A leading company in the building materials industry is seeking a Sales Manager to develop B2C & B2B sales strategies. The role involves managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have 4 to 6 years of experience, with a passion for sales and strong communication skills.
Role & Responsibilities
Handling meetings with B2C & B2B clients.
Manage architects & key accounts.
Develop B2C & B2B sales in the area.
Prepare timely reports in CRM and maintain an up-to-date pipeline/order/inquiry bank.
Maintain good coordination with all key stakeholders for closing prospective orders.

Qualifications & Experience
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and local languages.
Skills required include decision-making, communication, presentation, negotiation, fast learning, passion for sales, and computer proficiency.
Willing to travel to potential areas for site meetings and field mapping.
Excellent account management skills, teamwork, and result orientation.
Candidates with sales experience in paint, ceramics, tiles, sanitary, marble, granite, glass, plywoods are preferred.
Good exposure with dealers, sub-dealers, distributors, contractors, and architects.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience with electrical products, building materials, sanitary, electrical wires.
Good experience working with builders, architects, engineers, and homeowners, who are primary decision-makers.
