Pentair plc is seeking an Offerings Manager for our Data Center team in Golden Valley, MN. You will lead growth strategy for strategic markets, connecting products, technologies, and services to deliver compelling customer value while aligning with leadership priorities.

You will collaborate with market, customer, commercial, engineering and leadership teams to define offerings, integrate acquisitions, and drive market expansion. Strong strategic and cross-functional skills are essential.

We have an opportunity for an Offerings Manager to join our Data Center team. You will be responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy for designated strategic growth markets within Pentair’s Flow Business, including Data Centers, acquired businesses, and emerging market opportunities. This role serves as the bridge between the market, customer, commercial teams, engineering, and leadership to ensure Pentair’s offerings are aligned with current and future customer needs.

You will

• Own the growth strategy for assigned strategic growth platforms, including Data Centers and other emerging market opportunities
• Develop solution frameworks that connect multiple products, technologies, and services into a compelling customer value proposition for strategic growth market
• Have a deep understanding of end markets, customer needs, industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market growth drivers
• Serve as the VOC and market, translating insights into business priorities, offering strategies, and growth initiatives
• Assess Pentair’s existing portfolio, acquires technologies, and emerging capabilities against current and future customer needs, identifying opportunities to create differentiated solutions to accelerate growth
• Develop recommendations for new offerings, portfolio enhancements, partnerships, and future investment opportunities
• Lead the integration and commercialization of acquired products, technologies, and businesses within the broader Flow portfolio
• Identify cross-selling, market expansion, and growth opportunities that accelerate adoption of Pentair’s solutions
• Influence innovation priorities by bringing customer, application, and market insights into strategic planning discussions
• Represent market perspective in leadership discussions that help shape the long term-direction of the Flow business

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Strategic Marketing, Business Development, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing market strategies and commercializing complex solutions in industrial, infrastructure, mission-critical, HVAC, Data Center, or adjacent markets.
• Proven experience developing and executing growth strategies for products, solutions, markets, or customer segments.
• Strong understanding of solution selling, customer value proposition development, market segmentation, and customer-centric growth strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience supporting new product introductions, commercial launches, acquisition integration, portfolio expansion or other strategic growth initiatives.
• Experience working across multiple cross-functional teams to influence strategy, priorities and business outcomes.

Compensation

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $132,300 - $245,700 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual inventive bonus and/or long-term incentives.
