Job summary

Entegee is seeking an experienced Project Manager for an onsite role in the greater Kennewick, WA area. The position requires a U.S. citizenship and involves leading project teams on DoE/nuclear and related industrial projects.

You will plan, schedule, and control activities, manage budgets, and coordinate with finance and project controls. Strong scheduling, EVM, and risk management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MSCS/BSCS or related degree.
• 10+ years of project management in DoE, nuclear, renewables or construction.
• 10+ years in a regulated industrial environment.
• RO/SRO license or certification.
• Scheduling software proficiency with Primavera P6 is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of EVM and risk management.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, operations, or construction in DoE or nuclear industries.
• 8+ years in project scheduling.
• 4+ years on large-scale mega projects.
• Life cycle construction project exposure including EPC processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

PROJECT SCOPE:

• Manages projects and programs including planning, scheduling, and control of activities with minimal oversight and direction required. Leads project team of five to ten people.
• Establishes priorities within projects and maintains a general knowledge of all aspects of the projects within responsibility scope.
• Directs the activities of project teams; maintains a broad knowledge base of new technologies and industry trends as related to assigned projects; monitors project management processes and recommends changes to improve effectiveness and efficiency; manages project budgets, interacting closely with the finance organization and the project controls group; and coordinates with other project and line managers.
• Considered proficient in all aspects of project management

REQUIREMENTS:

• MSCS/BSCS or related degree
• 10+ years experience with Project Management in (DoE), Nuclear industry, renewable energy or construction
• 10+ years' experience in a multifaceted and/or regulated industrial environment.
• Previous RO/SRO license or certification.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 is mandatory. Strong understanding of project management processes, Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk management.
• Extensive work experience in the role of direct supervisor or project manager in the DoE or commercial nuclear industry environment, focused on maintenance, operations, or construction.
• Nuclear plant operator production coordination experience, work management experience in conducting and coordinating plant production work.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project scheduling
• At least 4 years focused on large-scale, mega projects.
• Experience directly related to life cycle construction projects with a strong understanding of the engineering, procurement, and construction processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex schedules and scenarios clearly. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with personnel at all organizational levels.
