The Kinetic Group is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead design, deployment, and support of enterprise networking. The role is based in Lonoke, Arkansas with a hybrid option and some travel, reporting to PMO and Infrastructure Manager.
You will work on Cisco switching, SD-WAN, ISE, wireless, and VPN, ensuring security, reliability, and performance across manufacturing and distribution environments.
Pay Range: Annual Salary: $122,000.00 - $142,300.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

The person filling this role will be working as a Senior Network Engineer, supporting The Kinetic Group network infrastructure. They will take a lead role in planning, deploying, and supporting networking equipment. They will also take part in the day-to-day operations of the network team, including but not limited to handling service tickets, working with venders, and performing network maintenance. This position reports to the PMO and Infrastructure Manager and is based out of our office in Lonoke, Arkansas with a hybrid option and includes some travel. A remote role is possible, but preference is based on location.
Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.
