The candidate should be comfortable working on both modern and legacy systems, contributing to cloud migration efforts, and building scalable, resilient applications. Collaboration, ownership, and adaptability are key.

Candidate Should Have

• NET Core, C#, Angular (v8+)
• Microsoft SQL Server – queries, stored procedures, performance tuning
• AWS Cloud Services – EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, etc.
• Terraform – Infrastructure as Code
• Confluent Kafka – event streaming, producers/consumers, schema registry
• GitHub, GitHub Copilot, JIRA, ServiceNow
• TDD, BDD, CI/CD pipelines
• Monitoring & Observability – CloudWatch, Dynatrace, New Relic (Good to Have)
• Scalability & Resiliency – distributed systems best practices
• Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

Migration & Legacy Work
