Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced .NET full-stack engineer to lead design and development of scalable, secure applications. You will modernize legacy systems, build RESTful services, and implement AWS-based solutions.

The role emphasizes CI/CD practices, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring junior developers. Applicants should have strong C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF Core experience, and hands-on AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes skills, with agile delivery experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies.
• Strong experience with modern .NET and legacy versions in apps.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF Core, LINQ, DI, async code, patterns.
• Full-stack development with Angular or React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• RESTful APIs, microservices, secure integrations, AWS cloud services.
• Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS container deployments.
• SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including design and tuning.
• CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated builds, and test automation.
• Security best practices, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, RBAC.
• Agile delivery with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable .NET full-stack apps.
• Develop back-end services with C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF Core.
• Create responsive front-ends with Angular or React and ensure UX consistency.
• Modernize legacy apps with migration strategies to newer .NET versions and cloud-native architectures.
• Design AWS solutions for compute, storage, databases, and security.
• Create technical designs, API specs, coding standards, and deployment plans.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code templates.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce standards.
• Improve performance, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency.
• Investigate production issues and implement root-cause actions.
