Required:

• 7-10 years of technical experience and project management skills
• Strong Agile management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in tracking KPIs and a proven ability to manage technical teams and mitigate risks
• Architecture skills and deep technical expertise
• Proven ability to manage technical teams, making informed architecture and engineering decisions
• Strong experience managing agile development processes, timelines, and sprint cycles
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of clearly presenting technical information to diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with specific tech stack, infrastructure, and development methodologies (e.g., Marketing technologies, Adobe technologies, Cloud services, APIs, development life cycles)
• Demonstrated experience addressing technical challenges proactively and strategically, with a focus on timely resolution and delivery
• Comfortable representing engineering teams in cross-functional discussions, aligning technical deliverables to business objectives
• Competent in tracking engineering productivity metrics and generating accurate progress reports
