About the Role:

The Senior Fraud Risk Analyst will assist in the analysis of system test reviews, client requests and in the design, development and testing of current and new fraud detection routines used by DataVerify.You will assist in reviewing system output, reports, analysis and customer feedback to enhance existing products and develop new ones.Responsibilities include in-depth data mining and analysis of DataVerify information including the evaluation of existing reporting and development of new methods of analysis.

In addition, you will provide direct support to customers/prospects and build relationships with individuals responsible for mortgage fraud management, underwriting and operations in these organizations. You will also work directly with internal DataVerify resources (Customer Support, Training, Account Management and Sales) to customize and enhance training materials, operational protocols and strategy.

This is a remote position that is based in St. Louis, MO .This role may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Understand DataVerify products and applications – SME-level awareness
  • Analyze large volumes of data and reports on product output for customers and prospects
  • Interact directly with top-tier client staff and management
  • Address client requests for clarification or additional information
  • Leverage processing and/or underwriting and fraud experience in daily analysis
  • Work with Sales and Account Management in preparing and delivering presentation materials
  • Utilize feedback including loan performance data, confirmed fraud reporting and actual loan file review data to analyze and suggest improvements for system operations
  • Research guideline updates from mortgage investors to determine necessary enhancements for DataVerify products
  • Assist Risk Management with developing underwriting guidelines and documentation that correlate to the usage of DataVerify products
  • Analyze, compare and assist with client product testing
  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and react to adjusting priorities quickly
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to independently prioritize and drive tasks through to completion with limited supervision
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and platforms for work optimization
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially complex data analysis using Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with senior-level management and clients verbally and in writing
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

  • Minimum ten (10) years in mortgage processing and/or underwriting with fraud prevention experience
  • Experience with internet-based risk management platforms
